When I started this blog years ago, I was deep in the throws of crossfit. I was a coach, competitive and the fittest I had ever been. I used this as an outlet, because there were some very negative parts to my life. I've made a lot of personal changes over the years, between moving, changing careers, ending relationships and a love/hate relationship with my health. I'm trying to claim that back, to make positive changes. When you look good, you feel good, and that's where amrap comes into play. The outfits that I post are not intended only for crossfit. Do yoga, play a sport, go biking, dance, do what makes you happy.
